ZadBuyBack provides an online service that allows customers to sell eligible electronic devices. Trade-in offers generated on the website are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to verification after the device has been received and inspected.

All transactions with ZadBuyBack are governed by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Trade-In Offers

Trade-in offers generated on the ZadBuyBack website are estimates based on the information submitted by the customer during the device evaluation process.

Final payment amounts are confirmed only after the device has been received and inspected by our team.

If the device received differs from the information provided during submission, the payout amount may be adjusted accordingly.

Customers will be notified if a revised offer is required.


3. Price Errors and System Errors

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing displayed on the ZadBuyBack website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur due to technical issues, pricing updates, or system malfunctions.

ZadBuyBack reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or cancel offers generated due to incorrect pricing data or system errors.

If a pricing error is discovered after a device has been submitted, ZadBuyBack will notify the customer and provide an updated offer based on the correct pricing. The customer will have the option to accept the revised offer or request that the device be returned.

ZadBuyBack is not obligated to honor offers generated due to pricing errors or technical issues.


4. Market Price Adjustments

Trade-in values for electronic devices may fluctuate due to changes in market demand, resale value, or industry pricing trends.

ZadBuyBack reserves the right to adjust trade-in values if significant market changes occur between the time an offer is generated and the time the device is received and inspected.

Customers will be notified of any revised offer and may choose to accept the updated value or request the return of their device.


5. Device Ownership

By submitting a device to ZadBuyBack, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the device or have authorization from the legal owner to sell it.
• The device has not been reported lost or stolen.
• The device is not subject to any outstanding financing agreement, lease, or carrier obligation that would prevent its sale.

ZadBuyBack reserves the right to reject any device suspected of being lost, stolen, or associated with fraudulent activity.

Devices determined to be stolen or linked to fraudulent activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.


6. Device Condition

Customers must accurately describe the condition of their device when submitting a trade-in request.

Condition descriptions may include, but are not limited to:

• Screen condition
• Cosmetic wear
• Functional status
• Carrier lock status
• Presence of activation locks
• Water damage or other internal issues

Devices that do not match the condition described during submission may receive a revised offer following inspection.


7. Activation Locks and Accounts

All devices must have activation locks and personal accounts removed before being sent to ZadBuyBack.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Apple iCloud Activation Lock
• Google Account Lock
• Samsung Account Lock
• Carrier or device management locks

Devices that remain locked may be rejected or returned to the customer.


8. Device Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for removing all personal data and accounts from their devices before sending them to ZadBuyBack.

We strongly recommend performing a factory reset and removing all associated accounts prior to shipment.

Devices received by ZadBuyBack may undergo testing, inspection, and processing as part of our evaluation procedures. As part of device handling and processing, data sanitization procedures may be performed in accordance with industry practices where applicable. However, customers remain responsible for ensuring that all personal data has been removed prior to shipment.


9. Shipping

Customers may receive a prepaid shipping label to send their device to ZadBuyBack.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging their device prior to shipment.

ZadBuyBack is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging.

Shipping services may be provided by carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or other delivery providers depending on availability.


10. Inspection Process

Once a device is received, it will undergo an inspection process to verify:

• Device model and specifications
• Device condition
• Functionality
• Activation lock status

The inspection process typically occurs within a few business days after delivery.


11. Revised Offers and Returns

If the device received differs from the information provided during submission, a revised offer may be issued.

Customers will be notified of the revised offer and may choose to:

• Accept the revised offer and receive payment
• Request that the device be returned

Return shipping policies may vary depending on the circumstances.


12. Payment

Once the inspection process has been completed and the device condition verified, payment will be issued according to the agreed trade-in value.

Payment methods may include:

• PayPal
• Bank transfer
• Zelle
• Check by mail
• Other available payout options

Payment processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method.


13. Fraud Prevention

ZadBuyBack reserves the right to reject transactions, cancel offers, or suspend accounts if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Devices associated with fraud, theft, or unlawful activity may be reported to law enforcement where required by law.


14. Limitation of Liability

ZadBuyBack is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage caused by shipping carriers
• Personal data remaining on devices sent by customers
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party payment providers

ZadBuyBack’s liability is limited to the agreed purchase price of the device.


15. Website Use

You agree not to use the ZadBuyBack website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

ZadBuyBack reserves the right to restrict access or terminate services for users who violate these terms.


16. Changes to Terms

ZadBuyBack reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
